Unfortunately even the best maintained systems sometimes go wrong, or sometimes simply will not do what you want it to. We are available for your call, and will respond to you within an hour to arrange a suitable time for us to visit (if appropriate).

Support is available when you need it, speedily, effectively. Your call will be taken by a Microsoft Certified Professional that will understand your issue, and will be able to guide you through the resolution or arrange a time convenient to you to visit.
To make the best use of time we will often request direct access to your computer system remotely. This of course assumes that your system is still up and running. In this way we can 'take over' the machine you are having difficulty with and you can watch we do. At anytime you can terminate the connection so that you are always in control. Of course, if this is either impossible or impractical we will arrange a visit.
